Collaborative research project w. Natural Material Studio and restaurant Noma (2021)

A project with the ambition to create a clay body that is 25-50% calcined waste from Noma’s seafood menu. The waste was mainly shells from snowcrab, oysters and various mussels.

The project was exhibited at The Danish Design Museum in the exhibition ‘The Future is Present’ (2022).
